Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website located at cheyenneconcretecontractor.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who requests services from Premier Cheyenne Concrete.
Premier Cheyenne Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We provide concrete installation, construction, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Wyoming and Colorado. Services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, retaining walls, decorative concrete, and parking lots.
Use of this website does not create a service agreement or guarantee the availability of any specific service. All services are subject to scheduling availability and a written agreement or signed estimate before work begins.
Estimates provided by Premier Cheyenne Concrete - whether by phone, email, or in writing following an on-site visit - are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of the visit and may change if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change before work begins.
A written estimate or proposal must be signed and returned before any work commences. Verbal agreements are not binding. We do not begin work without a signed authorization.
Material price changes driven by market conditions outside our control - such as sudden increases in concrete or aggregate costs - may require a revised estimate if they occur between the estimate date and the scheduled project start.
We schedule projects based on crew and material availability. Weather conditions, supply delays, and other factors outside our control may affect project timelines. We will notify you as soon as possible if a scheduled date needs to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after materials have been ordered may result in a restocking or material fee.
Concrete pours require specific weather conditions. We reserve the right to postpone a scheduled pour if temperatures are expected to fall below 40 degrees Fahrenheit within the curing window, or if significant precipitation is forecast. We will reschedule as promptly as possible.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or contract provided before each project. Typical terms require a deposit before work begins and the remaining balance upon project completion. Specific terms may vary by project size and type.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of your estimate. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Outstanding balances not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month, or the maximum allowed by Wyoming law, whichever is less.
Premier Cheyenne Concrete stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in the written project agreement. Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking, color variation, and surface changes over time - particularly in climates with significant freeze-thaw cycles like Cheyenne, Wyoming. Minor surface cracks that do not affect the structural integrity of the slab are a normal characteristic of concrete and are not covered as a defect.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, use of harmful deicing chemicals, vehicle loads exceeding the design specifications, or events outside our control such as severe weather, flooding, or ground movement from earthquakes or soil conditions not identified during the pre-project assessment.
The website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Cheyenne Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
The content on this website - including text, images, and other materials - is owned by or licensed to Premier Cheyenne Concrete and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. You may use this website for lawful purposes only. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties mutually agree to an alternative resolution method. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
